Finally we reached Venezuela and it’s great to get to the first stop confirming that our long awaited trip has started. We spent the night in Caracas and the day after we took a five hour drive to Mabel’s family in central of the Venezuela, home to the petroleum business, El Tigre. Here we celebrated Christmas Eve with tons of good food, drinks and fireworks in a great company. A true fiesta. We even got to learn some Merengue helping us from the cold north to loosen up a bit. For now it’s just relaxing...
